As the picture becomes clearer, you begin to set specific goals and create small, manageable action oriented steps as you move towards your goals.

As a Reiki master, I am aware that when our energy is low, we are more susceptible to stress, anxiety, illness and dis- ease. As a practitioner of yoga and registered instructor, I have experienced the benefits of yoga in my daily life. Mind body practices may support you in cultivating greater awareness of your actions, breath and movement in life.
