Yoga is an ancient mind and body practice known to reduce stress and anxiety. The word yoga means "to join or yoke together". Physicians today are recognizing yoga as a complimentary therapy and incorporating into patients comprehensive wellness plans. I was drawn to yoga years ago and have been teaching a mindfully sequenced flow to groups/ individuals since 2011. Join me to lengthen, strengthen and cultivate an awareness and connection to your breath.
